At Naturo Pet Food, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unworn pet apparel and accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free from pet hair or debris.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
